Yes. The ceiling is the insulation panels with the shinny side showing (better light reflection) and all the walls are lined with 2" white insulation panels. So the whole thing is insulated. You can't see it in the pic, but I have a multi-fuel pellet stove for winter heating. It gets nice and toasty in there in the winter. And in the summer, it stays pretty cool.

That's a good idea, reflective too. I was considering using drop-in type office panels but this will work much better.
