Polyaspartic applied by a REAL floor company. I figured when I screwed it up, I'd be left with a very expensive mess.

Yeah, I was trying to figure out why someone would do that. It was pretty carefully allpied- it had to have been sprayed- even the undersides of the fireblocking was painted.

I figure it had to, at some time in the history of the house, been a grow house or something.
