R75/5 spark plug wire removal?
Hate to break the old girl and I know this may sound silly but the wire "unscrews" from the spark plug cap. It seems to be hung up at the coil. I can't seem to unscrew it there, am I missing something stupid?

OK guess I'm just a dope but I think that 40 years of crap was holding the thing in place! It seems there is a little "clip" holding it in place and it's all gummed up. Hey, at least I didn't break anything!

The wire at the plug end pulls off. You were able to unscrew it because the thread at the plug is a screw thread but normally you just have to pull them.
The same at the coil end but the construction is different. There is a clip soldered to the end of the wire. It's more of just a terminal end piece. There is a solid core to the wire and this is soldered to the end terminal piece. This pushes into the coil terminal. It is sometimes a tight fit in the coil and when trying to remove the plug wire I have broken them. I've also had the terminal end piece stuck in the coil and couldn't get it out. Finally using a favorite tool of mine, a sharp pointy thing, I was able to get the terminal out but I did kind of bend it all up. Lucky I had another plug wire.
