Build a replica BMW HPN

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum although I read a long time, I'm Italian and I write from Italy I hope you understand my bad English helped by a translator.
I do not know if this is the room to show my project, if it is not please move it to the moderators.
In the past I've built a couple of Special-based motorcycles BMW and I also restored two r 80 g / s, I state that it is not my job to be a restoration but I have good manual dexterity and then I like to do these things.
A couple of years ago I tried to contact HPN in Germany to make the frame and buy the accessories needed to build my dela Special Bmw but it was like trying to talk to the Martians and then as a bit of experience I have gained I am done my reply from just looking for parts and accessories on the web, the technical parts I made do as welds by an expert, the engine completely overhauled by BMW mechanic, the rest of elbow grease and many hours spent in the workshop around the bike .

Yes, to see many phases of the work done you have to go on an external link.

Front forks are Marzocchi Magnum with 50 mm mounted on plates Ktm modified

The bike is about 92 cm high.

The engine has not been done at all, is a 800cq a RT

If anyone remembers, the first motorcycles built by HPN were all on a road.

Really nice job also love your rally bike in white- while your on could you let me know what rear spring ratio / size you are using - on mine I am using a 272 (Long) / 45 kg inch I have also tried other spring ratios but am struggling to get the optimum spring ratio for the twin shock set up. (see hpn paris dakar replica thread by me) I used Wilbers specific built shocks for the job and they are pretty near but get quite firm as they progress in compression)

POZ 960 I see you used a starter spring and main spring on each shock, they also have the spring weight on the spring but I can not make them out in the photo are you able to let me know what the actual figures on the springs say ie the black numbers on each spring (maybe 240/ 50 or 235/ 40 etc) thanks Jake.

you understand, the rear shocks are these, found clearly used. unfortunately I do not remember the technical data . but if you are looking for HPN sells them. http://www.hpn.de/english/english.html
