Member spotting?

On the road from San Luis Potosi to Monterrey (Mexico) today, I passed a rider in full gear on a new looking BMW of some kind--not a super tourer, but not the off road machine either (I think). Had metal boxes. I passed him on a 31 year old Yamaha that looked its age, with a huge amount of gear loaded high on the rack, with no panniers of any kind. I was taking video at the time, so I'll put that up.

Anyone know if he's a member here currently posting about his trip? Neat little coincidence if I could track him down.

jeeeeeepers some missing detail on that video , eh ?

Would have been nice if you had actually slowed down a bit, got a good clear shot of the actual license plate and waved at the guy before sailing on past. Helmet mounted camera no doubt- remember what you want to get a picture of next time and hold the noggin at the right angle
Good on ya for riding the older experienced bike.
