Great to see the new arrivals to the thread, be sure to pop in often and let us know what you're up to. Pictures are always welcome, I love seeing pictures of everyone, their bikes and their adventures.

Here's my ride report from the weekend: http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=284207

Yep the same demenshea!! Could there be two???

Thank you for your kind words! I have been posting on pashnit for several years and until recently it was my home site. I am still a regular poster there.

My thang is distance riding, writing and photograhy and have been lurking over here for a while and decided why not join in the fun, loving adventure and riding!

Thanks again!

Hi every one,
I am pretty noob to ADVrider and I normally hang around the Rocky mountain region, with bunch of silly big boys who likes to play in dirt and rock.

I am 100%, mountain trail dirt rider, so you won't see me in the paved road.
I love to exploring in the remote places and backcountry roads.

Jinny

Here is a few pictures of me having fun in the sun :)

1. Monitor & Merrimac, near Moab, Utah (helmet hair!)
2. Cement Creek, near Crested Butte, Colorado
3. Alpine Loop, near Lake Cty, Sliverton, Ouray, Colorado
4, 5. White Wash Sand dunes, near Green River, Utah

Isn't Hyder, AK a hoot? I love that place it reminds me of the town in the Northern Exposure TV program.

Looks like you have a terrific trip ahead this coming spring.

Any pictures of you and your new bike to share with us?

Hi girls!!
Ok, must admit I only read this last page of the thread (too tired to read more), but wanted to post already. Prommise I'll read more later...

Just joined ADV a few days ago after finally doing some dirt with one of my Aussie Friends (atGreg). I'm a Dutchy btw...
We road arround in the Australian Highcountry and metup with some ADV riders allong the way.

About the dirt-riding, I must say: just LOVED it
Want to do more of that!!...

This is me on my 'new' Honda Dominator. Never thought I'd ever own a bike like that (dual/dirt)... But loving it ;)

Ok, nighty night!! Sweat dreams from my end of the world...

Welcome MotoMas!!
I would love to learn to ride dirt... but still a nOOB on the pavement with my dual sport BMW F650ST. I have a very good friend who is a dutchy riding a Transalp living in Holland....but I'm guessing there are only certain things you might miss about home. Being "down under" must be an awesome experience!!

Thanks again for sharing your pic and joining the forum! Look forward to hearing about your adventures!

Thanx for the welcome!!
This is a great Thread.

Its great being here, especially the riding (when you are near the High Country that is!) and the emptyness of the country! That's what I would miss the most if I had to go back home. Although I miss a lot of home as well (I'm never homesick though, can settle anywhere ). I do miss the culture though (riding from country to country), there's no culture here, or any other countries/cultures nearby (sshhh, probably shouldn't say that in the open on worldwideweb, might get: for that! Grinn...
