Easter ride
Hey Westy and Jo,
cant speak for everyone, but we are having the easter mystery ride through the backroads off the great ocean road, staying our place Ocean Grove on thurs evening, off into the wilds fri am. Thats the current plan, although with the monarchs anything could change. p.s. Love your idea about camping at Undera for the speedway, see who i can talk into it. cheers Gazza

Hooray for redundancy.
I just got my ass laid off so there is no chance of us making this now.
So, there is a DT175 in Brisbane that is sort of ready to go. Boo blew it up on our honeymoon. I rebuild it with a new piston, rings, rod, big and small end, all new gaskets and a refurbed oil pump. The electrics are a bit dodgy (6volt, and while they all work, they have a tendency to choose when) but with a clean up would be fine. The motor has done about 10 hours total, all easy trail/fire road. It's been started once a month for the last 12 months and usually starts by the 5-6th kick. It's currently registered and I'll leave it in my name until after the run because to be honest, it needs a bit of love. The clutch is currently seized but that's because while I've started it regularly, like a complete muppet I forgot to ride it and free the clutch up. Pulling it out and rubbing the plates should be all it needs as the clutch is pretty new. The chain is pretty crap but a good oiling should see it sorted. All in all it needs a bloody good wash and a clean up. Offers around $900 and I can deliver. Give me a yell on 0434824431 or pm here. Sorry guys , I was really looking forward to this.

I'm out.
Tried to get the TT a road worthy but because of the engine change and a few other things it is just going to be to hard. So I'll be putting it on eBay to try and recoup some money. Another massive waist of time and effort, I'm so fucking furious at myself right now. Oh and a big thanks to Jimboomba Yamaha for looking at it for me and not charging me, I'll be going back there for sure.

So this will be my first Scrapheap ADV, now have a bit of cash flowing in for Down Syndrome NSW ...
So who is leaving from where?????? Who are taking their families???, saw some posts from.ast year with families around. I think a couple of the local lads who said they were going to come will pull the pin leaving me as one decimate and another as a maybe due to work commitments. Wife & 6yo will be coming along as support so guess I am looking for a group of people who are leaving from near Sydney so I don't end up doing this all by myself.......
