Has anyone had any experience with these folks? They offer the exact trip we want, but have been spotty on prompt email replies. Their website disappeared for a bit and then came back...

I don't mind a bit of flaky communication if they offer a good motorcycle tour, but I also don't want to dump $10,000 into a hole in Argentina to never be seen again.

Thanks for any first hand info.
