Attach soft luggage like the Wolfman Expedition Dry Saddlebags or the new Nelson-Rigg Adventure Dry Saddlebags easily. Pelican cases or aluminum boxes can be fitted too.

I am interested in these luggage racks but would like to see how people are mounting their hard luggage to them. Like the Pelicans, or Happy Trails. Is there any photo's or tutorials on how to mount to these? Also is there any way to make the mounts quick release?

Hey lacofdfireman, some my customers have have used the Happy Trails Pannier Mount Kit MK750-A with great results. Sorry, I don't have tutorials for them, but I think it would be pretty straight forward once you have all the pieces. They have instructions you can download on their site. They're made to use with any racks that are made of 3/4" tubing.

I would mount the bottom pucks first, and then the tops. You could just drill right through the pucks and into the side case for perfect alignment.

Let me know if you need any more info, I'm happy to help in any way I can.

Thanks, Tom

It would be nice to see the top box and dry bags mounted on a KLR.

Hi Kelly_O,

Sorry, I don't have a KLR here to use for glamor pics. I just used these bags on my DRZ400 and they worked great!

The KLR Side Luggage Racks will also hold the bags nicely.

I have two sets of KLR650 Side Luggage Racks ready to ship!

I still have two sets of the KLR650 Side Luggage Racks left. No options on these.

Here are a couple of pics of a KLR with my side racks. Shown with the Rotopax Option and the Givi Tabs Option.

Coming soon!

Hard case mounting plates with thread knobs for attaching the new Mule Pack Panniers!

Will also work with Pelicans, aluminum panniers, ammo cans, etc. or any flat backed case.

We will add welded on threaded mounting tabs to any of our side racks to allow attachment of these quick connect/disconnect mounting plates.

I'll have these on my website soon!

I'm now a Mule Pack Panniers dealer! The price for a set of these excellent panniers including their attachment hardware is $439.00 shipping included.

If you need a set of Side Luggage Racks for these, I make them for 189.00 plus 30.00 for the Mule Pack Tabs which allow these panniers to bolt right on with their knobs.

They're not on my website yet, but you can call me at 802-584-3441 or email me at moto-racks@fairpoint.net to order.

Hey Jacob,

I'm waiting for a friend to bring his here for me to use for R&D. I might have to surgically separate them though. He needs his bike for the upcoming RedNEK Rendezvous as he is the fearless leader.
