Mirror extensions from ZTechnik

note: the photo is only of the left one... the right one striped while being installed so I have to contact the vendor for a replacement.

Double-Take Mirror off of my G650X Challenge since the mirror mount is stuck in the mirror extension that striped.

I applied the StonGard headlight shield to my headlight. The process prompted the purchase of a hobby knife. The double-edged razor blade I first used made me a little nervous.

I checked to make sure my new-to-me Sargent pillion seat would fit with my Shad topcase. It does.

I was going to rotate my PIAA 004x lights outwards about 5deg for a wider beam spread, but the PO put either epoxy or double-stick tape between the light bracket and the H-B guard's light mounting area. So no dice there.

I installed a Maier Splash Guard to protect my new Wilbur's WESA rear shock, but I forgot to take a photo...

I just rebuild my rear shock and install correct spring to carry my fat ass.
Install air valve so shock can be service again when needed.

Stuff

Just discovered this thread tonight. Wonderful. I guess everyone with a GS has the same affliction as I do. Buy toys for your bike. I will post some pics of my bike this weekend, along with the stuff I have put on it.

But first a question. Has anyone heard of a small lockable case that could fit under the license plate to store documents. Maybe an inch deep or so. I am sure I have heard of this before. Suggestions?

you mean like this... or like this...

If you get one, I recommend you mount it with the lock on top so everything does not spill out when you open it...

Turned 100K on my ride back from Seat Concepts in San Jacinto.

Lenden is a great guy, they actually made the foam and installed it and a new cover on my seat pan while I waited.

I've only put about 60 miles on the seat so far. The angle is better, the foam comfortable. The cover looks great.

Cheers!
