Great pictures. I take so much of this for granted. Wellsboro is a beautiful place to live. I have lived here all my life and it is great to see it through some one elses eyes.... Thanks for Sharing!

The bike photo with the water crossing in the background, Does that connect the dirt road in the photo to SR 414 just below where it meets SR 287 near Morris, PA? If so, about 11 years ago, i crossed that in a brand new Ford E-150 van. it seemed like a good idea at the time :-).
I tried crossing that same location with a Honda CRX.

The bent connecting rod hangs on the wall of my garage.

Ridden the area, and dined at Cedar Run Inn. EXCELLENT food! Amazing photography. BUT, never seen that double steel truss bridge....where is it?

Found the bridge and location on your website. Great places to ride!!

Fantastic pics, thanks. I have to get over there with the DR. Didn't realize there was such good dirt to be had out there.

Very beautiful country, especially at this time of year with the leaves.
Bob, yes, that's it. It's Stony Fork Road and it meets SR414 between Morris and Blackwell.

Question HDR photos?

Many of your photos looked like they were HDR processed. Is that right? what is your camera?
thanks

Beautiful pictures.
I've been thinking of going there
for a while.
I'd need at least 3 days.
Thanks.

Ha!!!!!

Two of your shots overlooking the river on 414 are EXACTLY the same as mine! I think you were standing in my footprints at the time you took them. Mine were snapped in June (maybe it was May?) of this year. If I can figure out how to post them, I will. Too cool!

By the way......

Hey, Heffa......... the bike in my pics is your (Chucks?) old KLR! It just naturally headed that way on one of my day long rides this summer! Go figure. How's that steamer working out for you? I've got the Vee sorted now, and it's working great. Not as good as a Triumph, though. Man, I miss my Tiger.

Wow, some of those pics are incredible. I visited Wellsboro once back in the mid 1980s.

Some of your pics are so beautiful here they don't look real, for example the one of the roofed porch, where even the underside of the porch roof is exposed right.

How do you get such consistent saturation and proper exposure in every part of the picture? I'd swear you were somehow digitally dodging and burning...did you?
