Thanks RufJeep, funny how all powerlines look alike

I'd like to get some riding in this weekend. Tim you riding this weekend? Before the rain comes in on Sunday ? Could try for the Franklin State Forest ride again.

Meet at the Bojangles in Ooltewah @ 12 noon for a dual-sport ride. My fellow inmate RudeDude will lead us on an excellent adventure!

Last weekend for Prentice

Prentice cooper closes the 20th until March. I got a new bike this week (KTM 350 Dual sport version) and will be there learning how to ride it

If anyone wants to ride out there my digits are 423-827-200nine.

Squirrel - I may try Franklin if you go... but don't want to try anything too tough on my new bike yet. Its a million feet tall!

Do you know what type of ride is planned for tomorrow? Is it fire service roads or single track. I would to come out and meet the crew and ride. Just pondering what "awesome adventure" means.

Danny will most likely take us on narrow twisty back roads with lots of gravel and dirt service roads.

I'm gonna have to get up there for one of these rides. DOG's don't seem to ride anymore. At least, not with me. Maybe I really AM an asshole .

Anything going on between Xmas and New Years? I have that whole week off.

Wicked

I am headed to Prentice to see what my new bike feels like in the dirt since this is the last week free at PC before winter closing. Depending how it goes I may head towards Ootlewah and meet up at the Bojangles. If not - have a great ride!

p.s. I am probably selling my DR650 '12 model if anyone knows of an interested party. 8k miles and under warranty until next may.

Well Doulos... how does that puppy run?

Mtnpass if you still stranded I feel for you big time! lol... you got home without to much trouble?

We had a great ride today, weather was a gift! I ended up ripping my rear mud fender completely off and it got jambed into my tire and almost broke my concentration as I traversed a steep creek (when I hit a tiny pothole as I crossed the bridge over the creek but that small detail seems to distract from the drama considerably .)

Got home around six. Neutral safety got chewed up and thrown out. Bike was not going anywhere. So, all in all not too bad. Needs a chain, counter sprocket, case guard, and neutral safety switch rewired/bypassed.
