Sunday ride

Heading out around 8:00 AM on Sunday for ~250 miles on the pavement. I've got to be back by 2:00 PM. I don't have a route picked out yet. I might not have the route picked out until an hour into the ride... If anybody wants to ride, let me know. I can either give you my addy or pick a place to meet in between us.

Well I'm out for riding the next week

Have to purchase 2 batteries and 2 tenders as well. Neither the DR nor the Hawk were willing to my touch this morning.

Ya, I'll put the battery charger on it tonight and see if that works.

I'm pretty sure I got one. I'll try to make it tomorrow if Monte has a time/place in mind

The usual meet up spot, BP gas station at the corner of Ooltewah Ringgold road and East Brainerd road. 9am. I doubt we'll have any problems with dust tomorrow.

Powerlines - on Lookout Mtn

Squirrel - yes those are the lines I rode. The section below Lula Lake road is a blast! - path is a more fitting word to describe it than trail or road!

Yeah man, that was fun. We knocked out 60 miles of dirt yesterday. If we hadn't run into so many jabber mouths at gas stations who wanted to talk bikes, we would've covered more dirt.:loll Looking forward to the next one. Flatlands was gnarly and you handled it like a champ on that big pig.

First pit stop on FR42.

Lunch stop in Suches. Wish I had pics of the good stuff.

Yeah... that road has me seriously considering a GoPro, it was cool watching you run up it with those high trench walls! And that one spot were the creek flowed around the bend and WAS the trail was awesome!
