Haha awesome. I had the fam over at Brandon's place yesterday and Possum rolled up and told me to check out the RR. She said it was "damp", not drenched!!

It's called a Teepee Burner. They used to use them at sawmills to burn wood (and other) waste. Old large log mills were pretty inefficient and only used about 50% of any given tree so there was a lot of excess sawdust and chips that couldn't be used in Hog Fuel Boilers (steam driven electrical generators). There wasn't anything like chip board or OSB to put the waste into so they just burned it to keep it from creating a huge fire danger. Hey, met the two of yous at Apple Jam's Jamboree - good times! Glad to see you guys are making it out together. It's nice to see some other folks not afraid to ride in a little weather. Hope you'all make some more trips like this...but dryer versions for ya.
