You plugged the holes that KTM put in your tanks from that TSB like this:
http://www.ktm950.info/how/Orange%20...ance_tube.html How is this holding up for you? Have you had any problems with this? Have you made any changes to it since? Would you change what you did in any way? The TSB was just done to my bike without my approval. The shop didn't ask, they just did it. And this was after I specifically told them NOT to do it last time they had the bike. I am not happy about it. ![]() I am looking for a permanent fix to remove it without buying a new set of tanks. I was thinking about maybe making some plates of some kind to put over the holes and seal it up with something, but if dad2bikes method is working I will probably just follow his lead. Does anybody else have any better ideas?

I used this fix on my tank three years after having the same issue with my dealer doing the TBS with out my approval. Its since spent 2400 hot and brutal miles in Baja with out failed. It's the most solid fix other then new tanks.

Thanks. That is what I wanted to hear.
I will give it a shot then. I can't afford a new set of tanks and I doubt that I can get a free set.

I need to do this fix because I broke a barb off one of the tanks a while back, and it stinks a bit after I refuel.
