Still don't have mine. Customs guy is testing it for me I guess. Is that why you have the screw adjuster? So it will clamp tightly around a burro's nut-sack? :)
Rode 250 odd miles yesterday. Could really have used it

Thats interesting. I thought Canadian Customs were slower than Mexico, but they were actually pretty quick.
You know... if you donny have it by next weekend you could always ride up here for a replacement and some GREAT El Salvadorian Papusas! j/k. Let me know in a few days if it doesn't show.

It always takes at least a week or 10 days. I'm not worried. It would have been nice to have for this trip though.
I'm thinking of riding to the US in the spring. Maybe I'll stop by!

Gotcha. Slow burro down there I guess. Next time I'll mail a carrot on a stick with it since my preliminary tests on using the omni as an equestrian transportation speed enchantment devise (ETSED) failed miserably.

it IS flu season... hate for you to "get sick" and call out of work to go ride...
GOOD NEWS: 5x 6a to 11p full days, every night in between and 25 hours of help from another biker/tech and I finished another run at 5 this morning. Powder Coat just called to tell me they ran them SAME DAY for me so they are off to laser tomorrow. NO BACK ORDER! get em while they're hot :)

ok I will ask a stupid question. if you pull the brake lever without disengaging the throttle lock, does it twist the throttle? looks like it might pivot it s little bit.
def want one of theses. my wrist is shot

One finally got to Calgary
Brian; thanks for mailing it out on Nov 8th. Canada Post finally fed and watered the pony, postal workers finished their coffee break, ran out of excuses for not working and managed to deliver it almost to my house ("super box" at the corner) on Nov 20th.
Clever design there young fella, and nice workmanship. Looking forward to installing it in place of the go-cruise which was ok, but slipped a bit more than desired. Your design will obviously overcome the shortcomings of the go-cruise. Thanks much, Wally |
