I have yet to meet a state trooper or Ranger that knows the rule, and I have talked to a few. Just buy the sticker, think of it as another tax that we have the government given right to pay.

First I doubt if your are further East , which of course has nothing to do with off-road stickers..


Lastly..if you are plated and not in an OHV designated area, tell them to go away..or something a little more pithy.


At some point we stop paying for that which we should not be paying for....No, is a legitimate answer. We either push back, or get pushed off the cliff.
