Funny you should mention that.

The way it sits right now with no weight over the rear axle, that thing couldn't pull a dead whore off a piss pot.

Buy me an extra set of 295-75-22.5 tires and I'll give it a shot.

That thing actually limit's the power in the lower gears.

Not sure if it's speed of gear position triggered but it won't rev past 1,700rpm till you get to 3rd or 4th gear.

Looks like I lost of few studs in the rear tire. Not a huge shock, I was beating on the year tire pretty bad on a packed snow and ice surface, spinning the back tire a lot. The traction with the car studs is pretty amazing considering how small they are. That little bit of carbide does a lot.

Greetings again from Canada. Well, after being sick for a long time, we managed to plow a track and get out yesterday. Here are a few from yesterday. Our first race ever is in two weeks, so we thought we'd get some laps in.

Yup, it's okay, I hate myself half of the time as well. . . . mostly because I'm the one that puts the 'suck' in riding. I'll be sure to post some results from our first ice race on the 26th. Hopefully inmate KLOC will be there taking some glamour shots as well, as he often does at the Alberta Endurance Ice Racing events. If this is the case, I'll likely be blocked in the shots by people passing me on the outside

Dirt trackers and Supermoto guys would be crazy fast on an ice track. I hope none of those guys show up to my race. I'll shart my pants!

JR Schnabel won the race, as I recall he lapped us all 3x. On an 8 mile track in the mist, running Iron man He's a really nice guy, He signed a number plate for a friend.

we are probably going to make another track on lake desolation the weekend of jan 26-27. The temps are getting down there so we should be fine. If anyone is interested in helping make a track and riding feel free to join.

Anyone in CT or RI that would like to ride more locally this weekend? The 3.5+ hour drive to Desolation is a bit far. With the week's cold temps, most of the lakes should be good to go. I was thinking Webster Lake possibly. We could just tailgate some lunch and ride around, normal ice stuff.
