Who is riding Monday?
Monday the shop is closed and I'd like to ride -- single track, dual sport.
COnditions at Taneum were absolutely perfect last Friday, but probably too much snow by Monday. WOuld do Walker or Tahuya I suppose. Or anything dual sport. Who else is playing on Monday? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

I was thinking Tahuya, I've only been there once, but will be close by, so... got a new ride to test too, and I'd rather fall over on gravel than mud. Bring the marine charts for lake Tahuya?

Cool. I'm probably down for a swim at Tahuya. Let's give it a couple days so we can watch weather and additional locations/rides.

I think Riceless950 would be up for Tahuya also, as would I. Only pouring rain cancels Tahuya riding

I take it you have a functioning bike these days Dan
![]() Coincidentally I got a call from Pellitteri today. Maybe I'll rope him in. Ok, this sounds promising. I've been riding with Jeff and another of his maniac friends the last few weeks. Hopefully my various aches and pains will dissipate by Monday. I'll set to tracking the weather.

Not monday but friday@ Illabot and saturday with the SPS bunch.
If some wants to buy my DRZ or 505 XC I found a nice 125 SX that would be fun on your monday ride. ![]()

= riding friday at Illabot Creek, about 3 miles south of Rockport on Hwy 530. Kinda[kind of] a fun ride. Logging roads and good views.
SPS= Skagit Power Sports, local bike shop that puts on some fun rides. Saturdays ride is FS 17~18 west to Oso, over to Cavanaugh and back to Burlington.

![]() "Well, come on down and ride! There's a road that goes from Woolley to Belfair, it ain't secret... ![]() They have trails for every displacement and brand down there. You can see me give my new one an orange hematoma or two. |

![]() QUOTE] Heh, heh. Well, this one won't be ready by Monday. ![]() Anyone care to guess the cost of the most expensive dab of Locktite that wasn't applied? Of course, I have a back up or two. |

Don't adjust a Rekluse EXP 2.0 and fail to apply Loctite to the set screw, which will back out in operation, get stuck between the clutch pressure plate and the clutch cover and grind up enough aluminum into the sump to score the piston and cylinder, sieze the cam followers, and does who knows what to the roller bearings in the case.
That's the short story. The unraveling took alot longer, as the failure seemed more like a fuel starvation issue than a compression and internals issue, so hours were spent on fuel pump testing, battery testing, injection testing, etc. I needed something to do over the winter anyway....I guess. |
