Heated seat

Do you have a heated seat and ride with riding pants on? Can you feel the heat? Ordering a new seat and need to sort out the options.

Yup. Works fine. In fact, the heat in my RDL is too hot if I'm just wearing jeans, and I have to turn it off after a few minutes. It stays warm for quite a while before I have to turn it back on. Wish there was a heat controller for it!

Yes, I have a heated Sargent seat and I can feel it through my riding pants (even when wearing thermals under the riding pants). In fact, sometimes it gets too hot.

Also have heated Sargent. With that thing turned up my ass is on fire, even through several layers.

Once again, kept me from making a mistake when ordering a RDL. Was going to go leather, no heat. Now it's vinyl with heat. And a backrest, gotta have a backrest.

I don't bother packing the liner for my Tourmaster jacket or winter gloves any more. With just the heated seat and grips I'm good for down to 45 degrees without extra layers. Instead of plugging in a heated vest or liner, I push a button and stay good from sea level to 11,000 feet any time the roads are open.
