Translations are funny as hell :
And 'let's face it: the crew is not just the best, the problems are far too many. Beginning with those of the pilots. With Andrea Dovizioso cornerstone on which to run the team and who is recognized character and steel balls (so far), has not been confirmed confidence in Nicky Hayden ( "do not be sad for me, it's okay," he said yesterday Nicky ), while at the same time you find yourself having to peel the ugly cat of Ben Spies.
How ugly is Bens cat anyway?

Crutchlow would be INSANE to ride the ducati next year, and Yamaha is insane to let him leave. I think he's really giving it 110% all the time, rumor says maybe the LCR Honda, that wouldn't be bad choice, but please Cal, DON'T RIDE THE DUCATI!!!!

I'm surprised to hear that Colin Edwards hasn't been made an offer by Forward Racing yet. I assumed that he was the driving force behind the teams switch to M1 engines next season but apparently not.

Doesn´t mean they will want to pour that money it into a project, that´s just not going nowhere.

Forward to get "customer" M1 in 2014?

It would be bad for all of us. It would take Cal from fighting for (and achieving) podiums, to fighting to be inside the top 10.

It would improve the results of Bradl, Bautista, and Rossi, though.

The "Doctor Rossi" mentioned in the motoGP press conference as who will be reviewing Lorenzo's fitness to race is in fact, Dr Ray Rossi. Once upon a time long ago he raced out of BMW of Denver.
Very cool to hear his name again!

Several years ago when I was working in Puget Sound during the race, I'd seen his name in conjunction with the race. We managed to email back and forth a bit then.
Hell of a nice guy who I'm certain makes a great doctor. The original Dr Rossi!

That was pretty funny in the press conference.

I have a little different tqke on this from most. I really love the fact that CC is campaigning a Tech 3 bike and outpacing the full on factory boys. it makes the field seem somehow less spread out. Likewise, I think Hayden on a factory Honda would be scary fast and add some diversity to the straight/corner tradeoffs.

What I least like are the Stoner droners and the calculating points games of the likes od Pedrosa and somewhat Lorenzo. it feels like the corporations are managing the game too much and the riders are just another piece of equipment. I look forward to a little uncertainty, some personality and some passion injected by the riders into the whole race. MM is wonderful and fast now but I see a Stoner role in his future if he survives this season's learning curve. If he dominates, has a 60 point cushion and regularly runs away from the pack, well, where is the racing skill there, that is just time trial laps with a bunch of guys behind him.

Why would Yamaha want him?

They've got a proven world champion. They've got a handy spare rider who rakes in the cash. All that's missing is a young guy in reserve.

Cal isn't young enough.

Interesting with Honda wanting the Spaniards. Especially when in the last 10 seasons, their championship riders have been an Australian, an American, and an Italian.

2012 Yamaha Lorenzo
2011 Honda Stoner
2010 Yamaha Lorenzo
2009 Yamaha Rossi
2008 Yamaha Rossi
2007 Ducati Stoner
2006 Honda Hayden
2005 Yamaha Rossi
2004 Yahama Rossi
2003 Honda Rossi
2002 Honda Rossi

Feel free to correct me if I pulled any of my info off motoGP.com incorrectly. I tried to throw this together on break.
