Could be a coup if he was fired by the old boss and the new boss names him as part of the deal and Marlboro, who want to retain Nicky, pony up to pay him.

But they are already making excuses that it will be a long term project, etc, etc. Even worse, it means Ducati still doesn't have a plan (aside from Dall'Igna), a clue, etc, etc.

It really is kind of funny that Nicky figures so prominently in all of this.

All of this hype will help Nicky sell more T-shirts when he finalizes his new colors. I am pleased Nicky will remain in MotoGP. I want to be at the track if NH signs with Aprilia or Honda and passes a factory Ducati. The track will explode.
