Please make MM start from the back. Please make MM start from the back.

Not because he did anything wrong, but because it'd be damn entertaining.

It appears that "silly season" has taken on epic proportions.

OK- all the factory seats are settled.

But the customer/semi-factory (or whatever you call it this week) bikes seem to be largely up for grabs.

However.........

Please, PLEASE don't tell me that Nicky is headed back to a Duc, no matter who is heading the team.

if traction control is needed for the much power they make now then maybe they should dial down the power a little bit...

Traction control sucks if they didnt need it for 200 horsepower 2 smokes they dont need it for 250 horsepower four strokes.

Aprilia already have Romano Albesiano lined up to replace Gigi Dall'Inga.

Albesiano was the head of the Cagive 500 GP effort from 1989-1994, with MV Augusta from 2002-2005, and with Aprilia/Moto Guzzi since 2005.

So, sounds like they may have their bases covered. I am anxious to hear the official word from all parties.

JB has been calling for the weight rule. I would hate for that to be his final legacy.

The bikes have already grown too heavy IMHO. Nearly as heavy as Superbikes, which have gotten too heavy, too.

Gasp!
No it's not all about Rossi but when racing is stifled by electronics it's a problem,, but I guess I have to get used to the best software engineered bike wins..

Marq docked a point. After all the punting they let Rossi get away with over the years it is sounds like BS top me.

It is official and it seems to be a bigger move than expected as Dall'Igna will replace Bernard Gobmeier who will move on from Ducati to elsewhere in the VW Group.
