Isaac Viñalesis is the cousin of Maverick (according to wikipedia). Maverick Viñales has the best name in motosports, IMHO.

It looks like Pol still riding for the same team as last year? I'm rooting for him this year but it looks like Nico Terol certainly isn't wasting anytime making his mark on Moto2.

The is Nico's second season in Moto 2. He was pretty cautious getting up to speed last year. He is definitely talented. I was a little surprised to see him at the top of the sheet.

It should be an interesting season for Moto 2 with two of its main protagonists moving on to Moto GP. I wonder who will emerge to fill their shoes?

Thanks for that. One of the only reasons I still have one subscription to a motorcycle magazine is Mat Oxley.
In the early 80's when we finally got access to cable was when I got to see GP motorcycle racing. Not a lot of chances prior to that other than King Kenny coming to Laguna in the middle 70's when I lived in California.
Prior to cable I relied on Cycle Magazine reports a month or so after the fact. Those were read and reread.

Writings of this sort bring a lot of that back and as Mr Oxley states, perspective.
Very good.
Still wish the Ducati were faster.
