I'm only in charge of entertainment and I'm bringing a band, so the other guys are going to have to chime in as to what is provided and what you'll have to bring. Me . . . I always bring everything I need. Self-sufficient and all that.

Amman, the first post in this thread by DIrty Dog gives you tons of info, and mentions beer, in bold , at least twice. Just hope it is not Okie 3-2 beer, Newner.

. But alas, no. The beer will be sourced locally and we've yet to work out those details. Consider it a surprise. As for those other questions above, 1. Tent, car camp, or RV. Those are your local SLAP lodging options. 2. Community bonfire... likely. Depends on the host and burn bans. 3. Beer- some will be provided. Nobody can predict if we'll have enough. Bring your favorite bottled beer to share and make friends.

I'm really going to try to make it from Dallas so put me on the "in" and "noob" list.
I love riding the pavement up there on my 650GS, looking forward to getting her dirty. |

I think it is essential that a team of FF's be assembled to thoroughly test this brew to make sure it meets the standard of the highly discriminating palates of the SLAPers.

hmm
I have been thinking of going but I was thinking of bringing my ATV. My motorcycle being a Harley wouldnt be a option. I would like to get out meet some people and ride. Do you guys think this would be alright? I don't want to be out of place with an ATV if this is strictly a motorcycle gathering.
