If we were trucking the beer, it would be OK craft brew like Marshall's. But alas, no. The beer will be sourced locally and we've yet to work out those details. Consider it a surprise.

As for those other questions above,
1. Tent, car camp, or RV. Those are your local SLAP lodging options.
2. Community bonfire... likely. Depends on the host and burn bans.
3. Beer- some will be provided. Nobody can predict if we'll have enough. Bring your favorite bottled beer to share and make friends.

We now have a Brewmeister at a local microbrewery in our group over hear. Maybe we can talk him into bringing a keg...a very large keg, of his brew? How bout it JT?

I could get a deal on kegs all Id need is some financial and transfer support. I hear its cheaper than bud and better

I have been thinking of going but I was thinking of bringing my ATV. My motorcycle being a Harley wouldnt be a option. I would like to get out meet some people and ride. Do you guys think this would be alright? I don't want to be out of place with an ATV if this is strictly a motorcycle gathering.
