Favorite modification
This may sound like a silly question but I am curious what everyone's favorite (singular) modification they have done to their bike. Such as upgraded suspension, bar risers, new seat etc... I don't want a laundry list from everyone just that one item they favor the most out of all others.

Bar risers
Some type of bar riser. Without those the bike is un-rideable. Especially off-road. You can slow down if the suspension sucks, you can take more breaks if the seat bites but you can't ride like a hunch back for very long. Add the RocStompa pegs and you are well on your way to happiness. Since this isn't a list I won't mention the XPC seat, Scott's damper, heavy springs, MOD skid plate, fat foot and rear rack, Adventure Spec crash bars.....and the main thing that has really made the bike faster is the incredible weight loss due to my wallet being paper thin....

Cheapest, favorite mod was the Wunderlich rear brake pedal expander. Now I can find my rear brake.

SW Motech crash bars. They'll more than pay for themselves.

TKC 80s, they were the first thing that I put on the bike (already had a boat load put on it from the dealer), with out these the bike is pretty much useless for what I like to do with it.

I've got to say suspension.
While several other farkles are really nice to have (bar risers, pivotpegs, crash bars) none of them has transformed the bike like putting suspension on,

I've actually put lower bars on my Tiger because the stockers had me sitting bolt upright which bothered my back. I prefer a slight forward cant to take some of the jarring off my spine.
