I'm going to try like hell to make it. I have to work all night tonight then catch an 11:00 flight home. If I have enough energy to get my ass out of bed in time to get to my bike storage and prep it and get it running (after sitting for 3 months), I'll be there.

I'm really bummed I didn't find the time to get my Rallye suit and other cold weather gear down to where my bike is before I left. That's gonna take another half hour.

Fingers crossed.

Don't piss him off. You wouldn't like him when he's mad.

The roads should be dry....

Sun has melted the snow on the driveway. The roads should be dry by Tuesday. Looking good!

Remember, as long as the snow is piled on the sides of the road, and the roads are clear, should not be a problem:

Just make sure you stay off anything that is shiny if the temperature is near 32. Also, bring back-up for the electrics if they stop working. Extra layer of clothing, and chem-packs for the gloves!

Hopefully will see you the non-whiners at the Sidewalk Cafe on Tuesday morning. 10 a.m. gathering, with 11 a.m. departure?

Assuming it doesn't snow overnight, I've been riding around today and it's great outside.

Is the route published anywhere. In case I can't get my ass in gear soon enough, maybe I could catch up downstream.

It's really just a ceremonial ride. Up the FDR, down the West Side Highway, through the tunnel back to the FDR, and back to sidewalk.

If you miss us, just hang out at Sidewalk! We'll be back in short order.

I'll be there.

My First Post to ADV: I am planning on riding tomorrow unless there's snow! Please say hello if you're there. I'll be the cold guy on the bright blue Yamaha Stryker. Yeah, not cool guy, cold guy.
