Hotel in Santiago Chile

Arriving in Santiago Chile the first week of December and need a
motorcycle friendly hotel for a week or so.

Not interested in hostels.
It's best if centrally located.
Prefer family run hotel.

I'll be waiting for my bike to arrive on Dec. 10.

Casa Condell is sometimes called a hostel but really its more of a family run bed and breakfast. At least you dont usuallly get groups of young travellers wanting to party.

Its central, good value and they will let you park your bike inside the gates, very safe.

Lots of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the metro station is very close.

Casa Roja , downtown, look in the internet

Also Hotel Meridiano Sur ' a little more expensive at the Providencia aera. This is the best location to be an hanging around. Metro Stations at every other corner and access to downtown and upper high class areas such Apoquindo , Vitacura , Las Condes etc.....(EAST).

Providencia aerea , is the best for me. Look in this area.

These guys travel extensively through Chile and Argentina. A good source of places to stay and ride. Recommended by me of course!! jajaja!

Meridiano is a good call. Very nice small family run boutique hotel.

Casa Roja is very nice but pretty much a young backpackers in style hostel with a lot of people looking to party, which it seems the OP isnt looking for.

Thanks for that !

After looking around I'm thinking we need to book an apart hotel for
8 to 10 days.
Anyone have some tips on what section of town to stay in ?
This will be my third time in Santiago, so I can get around without
a problem.

Thanks,
We're arriving in Santiago on Dec.5th and the bike arrives on the 10th.
Looks like we will be renting an apartment in Providencia.

Now I need to find a place (someone) to store a set of tires and my moto
shipping crate,

Max
