Fly and Ride Big Bend

Come join us this winter as we celebrate our 5th year renting dual sport bikes down in beautiful Terlingua Texas. Our dates for 2015 are January 15th through March 18th, and as in the past we will be located at Big Bend Resort and Adventures at the intersection of Hwys. 118 and 170. We'll have 3- KLR650's, 2- DR650's a DR200 and a Yami XT225 to choose from.
Best to fly into the Midland / Odessa airport, rent a cage, from there we are a 4 1/2 hour drive down to Terlingua.
Great dual sport riding in both the Big Bend National Park as well as the Big Bend Ranch State Park to the west.
Questions, just give us a call at 865-448-6090

Update, pretty much booked up for January at this point, still openings for Feb. and March. Note, we will not be there for "Uncle's Round the Bend Ride" this year, they moved the date back and we have to be back in TN for March Moto Madness.

We get a lot of questions on what the riding is like in the Big Bend area. We'll, it's great for dual sports as only the major highways are paved so that leaves a lot of unpaved stuff to play on. You can stay busy for two days or more riding in and around the National Park on dirt roads. Most of these are say level 1 but there are some that get a bit more technical like Black Gap, but for the most part you don't have to be a former MX racer to have a great time.
For more challenging and remote stuff check out the Big Bend Ranch State Park to the west of Terlingua, although you need to plan accordingly for gas.
If your considering coming down to ride don't hesitate to give us a call about any questions you may have.
Oh, and the avg. high temp in February is 67 degrees!
