I would be interested in your first impressions comparing the 990 Adventure R to the 1190 Adventure R. How do the off road capabilities and handling compare?

Big pleasure for me to read you, Joe. Thank you very much to share your experience with new 1190R.
I love your previous trips and I love my 990ADV. So now I'm very curious to read your new 1190R opinion.

We need it . It's very difficult to read your website and blog. In the past I tried with a web-translator, but it's not the same.

Here are some clips from the first part of the tour.

Sorry about the sound, but I don't have the software and the time to create a good sound to it.

In the next days Ill write a short report about the first 5.000 km.

How is the internet service over there? Are you camping or staying in hotels?

In Kenia Internet conections are good.
You get free WIFI at many hotels and restaurants.

We didn't camp often, because you find cheap hotels in every town.

Hi Joe,

That is a cool trip.

I still have few contacts in Madagascar from my previous trip. If you need any info send me a PM.

Ciao

Great video...That bridge crossing looked scary.
