Cover for rear seat area...

Bought a used 2006 R1200GS this week and wife wants to ride it without the rear seat. Is there a cover/platform you can buy to put over the "rack"?

Don't understand exactly what you mean but I ride mine without the rear seat and rack locally. The rack comes off easily. I also have the forward mount for the top box if I need luggage space.

Sure, Touratech, AltRider and several others make one. Check the web sites and pick the one you like best. I like the AltRider one for looks and price.
