Rim locks are no problem. And for one beer I'll show you how to do it if the rim lock is on the other side of the rim from the valve stem.

Wheels are balanced. Sorta. Okay they're about 75% - 80% balanced and then I got lazy and deemed them good enough. Just gotta swap out the rear wheel bearings and I'll call wheels good and move on to regular P.M. and skid plate.
Plenty of time, plenty of tiem!
