Because they changed the location of the post from last year. Last year they put it in regional forums, this year in ADV annual rallies which does make more sense but you are right, this one got right by me and I'm pretty disappointed I might not be able to go.

Well I could always guerrilla camp somewhere.....Beware blinking lights in the sky and anal probes.
