I've cheered on : Brown, Dukes, Bradshaw, Walker, Swink, Larry Ward, Lusk, Chester, Neese, Lough, Kizzar & many more back in the day

They finally got the AMA to bring the big Dogs there

Just checked Travelocity and there was zero shortage of rooms. The National is going to draw a LOT less folks than the NASCAR race and a good number of folks will be camping. I can't imagine that rooms are going to be hard to find. I've been to the High Point and Steel City Nationals many times and never had a hard time getting a room - even at the last minute. Both of the nearest towns to those races are far smaller than Bristol.
