You could use foglights that are for cars which usually uses halogen H3 bulbs, that's what I used for my XR. I also would suggest installing a separate switch for the foglight. Cheers!

Here's my latest addition to the XR 200. The need for this vibration/shake/crush/ water proof compact side pannier is to store sensitive and fragile equipment such as tablets, notebooks, beer bottles
etc

In the photo above, the quick release levers are stored inside to make it theft proof. A pre cut foam and other foam pads will be laid over it to protect fragile stuff that will be stored in it. Here's the photo below.
