Doesn't sound silly to me. Same stuff every year, no significant deals, and I'm usually in and out in 30 minutes or less. I'll put the $20 toward stuff that I've ordered online for a lot less $$$

Yes we went today..... it was a ZOO never saw so many people in one spot in such a long time. Parking was awful but found one. It was about 11am when we got there. Left about 2ish. Bought a subscription to Motorcycle Mojo mag.and a couple of tire spoons( lever) Could I have bought them somewhere else (like on line) sure!
There was a lot of helmet boxes going out the door But we had a good visit with some new friends and old friends over dinner .that makes that a 2+

Gottlieb Daimler invented the first gas-engined motorcycle way back in 1885.
For me, today's show is a celebration to what he started. All the different riders, bikers and posers are the legacy of that and it's wonderful to see the many different expressions of Moto-Passion. It was a great day to catch up with old friends, make new ones and to break bread with other inmates after the show. Best thing I saw at the show was the All-Wheel Drive Christini 450 Dual Sport Bike, awesome! I'm thinking this would make a great Ice Bike. It will be available at a dealer near Peterborough in the coming season for about $7,600

DSP's booth got me caught up with Lornce, Paydirt, Cath and Les. The Rally Connex kiddies brought back fond memories of summer rallies. Mudpuppy made a truckload of network connections. Got a smokin hot deal on 24 liters of various grades of synthetic oil. Bought a pair of first quality East Indian made polar expedition gloves for the KLR ride up James Bay next month. He wanted 30 bucks but 25 cash was enough. I want a new OSSA, etc....
....well worth the price of admission.

Waste? No way! I had really wanted to check out the Versys 1000 again and it was great to chat and catch up with everyone I hadn't seen in awhile.
The food at dinner was awesome as well. Good choice Ferd. PS, I love the new KLR colours for this year! |

..really doesn't matter what colour it is if you always keep it caked with mud and bugs.
It was good to meet some more of you at dinner. . |

The opportunity to meet some of you in person was worth the trip and the price of the ticket. It was also really good to get better acquainted with the CRF250L. It was quite intriguing to discover the Christinis, an AWD motorcycle seems quite exciting.
