Arizona buy motorcycle for Foreigner

Hello Riders,
here is Teo.

After a big overland trip now is time of America

I will be in the USA with tourist visa , italian and international driving license.

It seams Arizona is the best option for me.

After reading posts , looking in the net for days where is easier for a foreigner to buy a motorcycle and be legal to cross international border, I found (understand) this:

http://www.azdot.gov/mvd/VehicleServices/Title
When I buy a motorcycle in Arizona i need :

1)Transferring a Title and Registration

To transfer a title and registration, you must have these items:

A completed, signed Title and Registration Application
A signed and notarized vehicle title
A lien release, if applicable
All applicable title and registration fees
Any other documents that apply (e.g, original or certified copy of power of attorney, personal representative papers, etc.)

---------------------------------------------------------
2) Title and Registration Application

http://www.azdot.gov/docs/default-so....pdf?sfvrsn=10

Right so I dont have any Arizona license number or any EIN (employer identification number), they say or a mvd assigned customer number ???

what is that ? i dont found answer on google :(

-----------------------------------------------------------

My questions are:
a) Any other documents that apply , which are ????

b) I dont have any Arizona license number or any EIN (employer identification number), they say or a mvd assigned customer number ???
what is that ? i dont found answer on google :(

c) what about insurance, do I need before register the bike or is another process after and doesn't connect with MVD ???

Any help much appreciate to understand the steps of the process.

As Im quite confuse

If U will need to buy a bike in Italy I can help U out

If u like to see a video of our trip (yes i got a wife on the way)
just look at

Questions

I just had to register a car for my aunt in Havasu City. AZ motor vehicles was pretty easy to deal with. I went in with the title, insurance proof and her info and walked out with a plate.

MVD, I would presume, stands for Motor Vehicle Department.

Send an inquiry via private message to" Two Moto Kiwis ". They are non US citizens who recently went through the process in Az. They are also on a long trip South, so they might take a while to respond. They seem to post often though.
Also, you will need to have insurance policy on the moto. I know that they send an inquiry to the claimed insurance company, they will cancel your Az registration if your policy has expired.

Yes, she is a citizen. Insurance requirement was for liability with 15,000/30,000 coverage minimum if I recall correctly, I had higher coverages since liability is relatively cheap. Can't help you on the non-resident stuff.

I can help you in Los Angeles County, California if you choose to do that.

For a small fee I arrange everything you need. Buy/Register/Insurance, you do not need any paper work at all, no license, numbers nothing, I arrange everything. We also rent rooms.

Offer buying service and many other things you may require.

Don't worry about various details people say, with me you need nothing.
