Adventure riding around Sydney

Hi, I'm looking for co-riders for weekends riding around Sydney. I have Honda XL 700V Transalp. I love Adventure riding but I don't know any good places around Sydney.

Welcome Jimi,

There are quite a few of us that do rides in the Blue Mountains and beyond.

I'm hoping to do an overnight camping ride to Newnes soon, also a run to Belanglo and Wombeyan Caves areas as well.

Where in Sydney are you. I am in Miranda looking for other riders to do day trips with. I have a GS 650 and I am new to the sport..

Hi Mate. I have Honda Africa twin also. My one is 1993 and has only 45000km. But she is waiting for me in my home. I was trying to find Africa in Australia but this is Impossible:-(. And Africa is better than my new Transalp. Honda should make new Africa 750:-). Africa is the best machine which goes forever:-).

yep , love the AT . If you want to come to moonan this weekend we are meeting the McDonalds , windsor rd , McGraths hill midday for a 12.30 depart on saturday

Hi Jim and Mike,

I am in Cronulla and, once the silly season comes to an end, am always looking for adventure riders in the area to go for a ride with.

There are some really good rides, for novices and those a little more experienced, around and can vouch for the Wombean Caves trip. For one, the ride there is brilliant, through Bullio tunnel and then the tracks to Mt Jerong are great.

Can camp at the Caves or the pub at Taralga and the ride out through Jenolan is fantastic.

G'Day Guys,
I am from Miranda, would be good to catch up with some local lads and go for a ride. Have done some great rides down around Braidwood and Batemans Bay. Some good dirt roads down that way, also some great pubs/campgrounds for overnight rides.
