Fastway Footpegs for 2(012) R1200GS

Can anyone confirm if the F4 and F3 footpegs are the same except for the cleats, can both be fitted with an upper or lower position setting? Thanks

I just installed a set of fastway adv pegs to my GS. In the low position it makes all the difference for me (6'2 tall). The adv pegs are perfectly huge. My size 12 boots fit them great. Not cheap mind you but for me, getting the ergo's right is key to enjoying a bike...I foresee long days of standing on the pegs being much easier on my calves with these pegs installed.
