Thats great news, as one who spent around 12 weeks with a tracky in place, I know how great it is when they remove it at last
 and then give you a trial chew to see if you can swallow real food  . I hope it happens soon for you Kevin, I'm sure Annie is looking forward to getting you home .

Hey there! It looks like Kevin will be coming home Thursday 1/24!
He is finishing a few more days of antibiotics, and will come home on an IV cocktail of TPN and lipids as he still cannot swallow very much. The Doc says he may be on these nutritional Fluids for a few months until everything heals. So on a fairly short leash for a while as we run back and forth to the hospital Pharmacy for refreshments. PROGRESS!
