Thanks Drew for leading on the second attempt, I should not have pointed out the "Non-Hero" sign that turned into a endro trail...

This looks promising.

The Anti-GS - small, nimble and light...
I could pack it on the GS, ride to a ride, ride the ride on the motoped and ride home.

No problemo; that was just a warm up for me to help pick up and push Tigers and GSs

I'm still sore from shoving the beast, and I think I worked the least out of everyone pushing!

Not really. You need a license plate to connect the trails. Besides, that's a toy, this is a machine. Pictured below is a 2014 KTM 200 xc-w. If you were ever to ride one, you'll know. Nothing short of amazing. I have a friend that just bought a used one for well under $2000. New or used, this is the lightest, most nimble bike you will find.

I'd love to have a rig like that, but it isn't in the cards right now, even if I could get it for ~$2k. In addition to the bike, I'd need a place to store it (new apartment or house with a garage/shed) and a truck/car/trailer setup to get it to the ride. My next bike is probably going to be something in the 500-650 range or a small scoot for commuting to work and grocery runs. The motoped posting wasn't very serious, if I'm going to get a DH bicycle, it'll be a REAL DH rig and not something with an engine scabbed on.

Got ya. The electric bikes look like a lot of fun too. Lots of videos of high power ones on YouTube.

I'm watching those as well, the promise of 100% torque @ 1rpm is tempting. A multi-day ride would mean lugging a generator of some sort to recharge the battery, neither solar or wind will do the job in a reasonable time. If I could get my hands on a couple of the 350Ah cells I helped build for the ASDS, recharging could probably wait until the end of the week.

I'll get my campground photos up here soon. I figure I'd put them here for us since I only have a couple ride pics. What a great time !
