The Orange Bowl was my "contrarian" pick. Did I think that NIU was a better team than FSU?

But I thought just maybe NIU would be so pissed off about their "greeting" when they were selected, and that maybe Florida State would overlook them...

But, clearly FSU has the better athletes, and now I am feeling Dee U Mmmm Stupid.

On the other hand, I would like to thank the half-assed indians (joke probably too old for you young'uns) for helping me finally clear a day. I was more worried about SCe messing it up though. Then Stanford who has cost me every time I picked them this year I think. I figured the Badgers would blow them out for my ticking them.

But kudos go to K7 for clearing the day with the most confidence....well done.

Not sure if...

...I can hold my lead, I took both Kst and OK, which I really feel could both be tossups, but no second guessing for me, going with the gut.

Good luck to all down the home stretch!

I largely went with the Vegas favorites. Then ranked em myself--using spreads for the "I just don't know Bowls" picked a few against the favorite, where I had a vision.

It did me good in the Tulsa and Baylor games for small points. Didn't in the NIU for 20 points.

It sucks that work calls so I won't get to watch the two bowls I actually give a crap about. The Cotton and the Fiesta.

Well, Florida was a 14 point fave, and #3 in the country, and came within a whisker of being the Champ of the roughest, toughest, by god baddest SEC!

So yeah, we all screwed up.

K7 is pressing for the win. The Cotton Bowl is going to be a backbreaker in this pick-em. It is a close matchup and the wind could blow you to the marker or out to sea. Going to be a good game. I figured Oregon would tire KST out by the fourth. I thought they held on pretty well and had a chance until the last mistake. Need to work on their hurry-up offense for next year. They did not seem to think they were in a hurry when they were in a hurry.
