Stock 950 muffler question...
I'm looking at a pair of stock 950 Adv cans for my airhead project. Are they stainless? And...do they have cat converters in them?

So....yes, it has a cat in it. Don't want that...moving on to the next idea!
Thanks!

Many on OC have removed the cats
There are a few threads in the OC regarding removal of the cats, and re-assembly. This work did not sound that difficult. Perhaps worth consideration?

I thought about that for a second or two, but it would involve welding stainless, and I've have to buy a bottle of trimix gas and stainless wire. Would kill the cost budget for the project.
I need a pair of cans without cats in them...
