Anyone in/near Fremont Michigan... favor needed.
Hi all.
I'm looking for someone near or in Fremont Michigan who might want to do me a little favor. The thing is that I was an exchange student in '94-'95 in Grand Haven Michigan. I'm trying to get in touch with some friends and "family" from back then. And I need a little help to deliver a little message to a person in Fremont. I have the address and all. I could write a letter and mail it but I would really like to get in contact with them before christmas... and mailing in december is a pain and takes a long time. I anyone would consider helping please let me know. Thanks. |

I'd recommend you re-post this in the "West Michigan" thread. There are a number of guys who post to / follow this thread in the Grand Rapids & Muskegon areas.
Good luck reconnecting with your friends!

Perhaps a thought, you could PM the contents of letter and mailing address to someone here in the states. Explain in the letter that someone in the states is "handling" the letter on your behalf to expedite the delivery.
As long as the contents of the letter is not threatening, too mushy, etc., I see no issue. They print it out and stick it in the US Mail, and it's in Grand Haven in two days for the price of stamp, under a buck. Just trying to help. I have been to Grand Haven, it's a nice area. I am a couple states away in Minnesota, and i think it would still arrive in about two days, give or take. ~Paul

Can't help you, I'm out of town for a while. Slightly off subject: a friend of mine, Larry Walters, use to teach at Grand Haven. Remember him?

SBN, If you want and it would work for you, you could email me the necessary info and I'd gladly mail it out to them, or PM me if something would work better. I live in Fremont.

I remember him. I had him for a science class way back when and he lived across the street from me at the same time.
