Trans Alp
Anyone from over there coming over here with a new Trans Alp? We can't seem to get the really cool dual sport bikes you can in Europe. Damn rice burners won't import any because of our stupid EPA rules. We would go crazy if we could get our hands on the bikes you guys have over there.
Green with envy

New TransAlp? Is there a new one? The TransAlp has been around for about 15 years! Never thought much of it myself...though I must confess a weakness for the venerable Africa Twin. Honda later replaced that bike with the VTR1000F-engined Varadero, which I don't think was imported to the USA, either. I think they are a current model over here. Linked brakes on a traillie? What were they thinking?!?
Ciao,
