Less than 800 miles, I can be there yesterday.

Location for byob itself is as yet un-named, though it sounds like it may be Oak Hill, WV..
However, I wouldn't discourage you from heading down to asheville the wknd before. Sounds like there will be a bunch of propeller heads there.

Heck, that's 100 miles closer! Even better.

While spending a week in the area sounds like a blast, it was difficult enough to convince the missus to let me go with Roy. I never mentioned there'd be other hoodlums attending.

I'll likely only be going down for the main weekend thing, not the whole week. I just don't have the vacay to do the whole week.

Too many other fun times to try and work in the whole year.

If my shitty old 1984 Beemer can make it at least 3000 miles without blowing up last year, I certainly can see the 2008(?) Triumph can do 658 to 758 miles without an issue.
You should buy a Super Tenere, I hear they are perfect in every way, always.
