I'm going to do a clutch service in a couple of weeks/months (too cold in the garage now), so if you can wait that long, I'll make pictures :)
the how-to is pretty clear in the workshop manual

If you could get pictures that'd be great! I'd rather not post excerpts from the shop manuals if at all possible.

Other than that a faulty network card was replaced last night which was causing some of the unexpected downtime, and my head cold is holding back some updates.

I've added some info in the Hall of Wisdom - Tank bolts section. Don't know if I'm talking about the same issue as Bartron, so it might be usefull to merge his and my info.

Does anyone know how to boost the wiki in the google results? it doesn't even show up on page 1 :(
I've added a short sentence on the home page that might help a bit, feel free to extend or edit :)
Also I've submitted to the Open Directory Project - http://www.dmoz.org/

"KTM 690 Wiki" and it shows up on page 1, but I'll have to read up on search engine optimizations.

Faster internet speeds have been ordered. 20/4 just isn't cutting it...

adding??

I was on the site and looking for a way to bypass the kickstand safety switch. As google is a friend I tried to look it up on my own (I'am a big kid now) and found this:

http://www.supermotojunkie.com/showt...-stand-removal

Two different ways to get the same result at the bottom of the page. Just wondering if anyone has done this (besides the two who posted it) and can we add it to the wiki thread?
Thanks

1. Throttle calibration
2. Idle reset procedure

3. 2nd and 3rd gear restriction
