Anybody up for some CenTex tag?

With the Texas Tag stranded up in the panhandle http://advrider.com/forums/showthrea...457739&page=11

And the Dallas boys doing their own thing http://advrider.com/forums/showthrea...539977&page=41

I figure its time for central Texas-Hill Country riders to have some fun. Especially now that the heat has finally broken and we are entering into the prime riding part of the year. If there is any interest, I'll go procure a totemistic item of some type.

Good idea

I think it's a good idea. Almost all the interesting stuff in TX is around the hill country anyway. I think the TX thread's going to be stuck in the panhandle a long time. Who wants to ride up there? Nothing to see!

So, what are the proposed boundaries for a CenTex photo tag thread?

I was hoping for just a gentleman's agreement to keep it central. Maybe Bastrop/Giddings to the east, San Antonio to the south, Waco to the north, and the Rio Grande to the west. I'm kind of open. Just looking for an excuse to ride (like I need one).

I'm a newbie to the forum, but not to riding. I'm looking for a Beemer right now, then I'll be ready to ride! I live between Bastrop and Smithville.

Your area is a great place with too many destinations to count and should keep everyone busy. Since it is to be a state "area" tag riding game, unofficial geographic or highway boundaries are easy enough to establish.
Good luck getting the game going
