Trail Tech Install - XR400 is there enough room?

I am looking to purchace and mount a Trail Tech Striker or Trail Tech Voyager on my 2001 Xr400. I am concerned because after moving my bars up and forward there does not appear to be enough room to mount anything there.

Has anyone had this issue?

Can the number plate and head light be moved forward? If so, can it be done without looking like a "frankein-mode". I like the stockish look of the bike.

I have a Trail-Tech, Endurance on my xr4, GPS, Spot, possibles-bag & windscreen to protect all of it. My bars are raised and mounted forward 1/2". Yes it's gets kinda close and I have changed my layout a time or two. but the room is there... just close. You must be careful of your cables.
Not my most recent layout but you get the idea... I'll try and remember to get a recent image off to you.

MY updated image of my cockpit of the XR4... There is room for everything but it's kinda tight.
