R60 choke question

I saw this posting on eBay for a R60/6 and noticed he has some sort of choke set up on the bike. On my /5 all I have is the ticklers. Is this something that BMW used, or a custom set up? How does it work? Is it possible to buy all the parts and convert th carbs I have to this set up, or am I missing some passages cast into the carb body? Would it be worthwhile to try, or finding similar carb, or would it not gain any easy of starting over the carbs I have.
Thanks.

Eh, I didn't think to look at the /6 microfiche. I'm guessing it's just another way to push down on the floats.

Nope, it's an actual enrichener circuit built into the /6 and later and replacement R60 slide valve carbs. I think that the castings are the same but it'd be a job drilling, tapping, and finishing it off.
